The Lodge’s Cocktail Nights are the stuff of legend, and we look forward to an evening of fun serving all manner of fancy, sophisticated and smooth drinks for our guests. Our bar team has blended up this beauty – although the ingredients are simple and the blending about as easy as it gets, this cocktail is simply sublime. Although not strictly necessary, we’ve chosen Absolut Citron for an added flavour dimension. Grab yourself a glass and mix one up, or save yourself the bother and head in on Cocktail Night and enjoy one with your pals.
French Martini cocktail
20ml Chambord
40ml vodka
60ml pineapple juice
Take a shaker, filled with ice. Add Chambord, vodka and pineapple juice. Shake with the vigour of a tambourine, serve and savour.
