Shift Manager

We are looking for a shift manager to help smoothly run our 16 bedroom family owned pub with rooms on the North Norfolk coast.  We also manage Norfolk Coast Holiday Cottages a range of 2 to 5-bedroom holiday cottages in the area.

Daily duties include, opening and closing the hotel, managing staff, taking bookings, processing payments and running shifts alone and with the other shift managers.

You will need good attention to detail, punctuality and leadership skills and be committed to providing the highest standards of customer service, staff management and motivation.

You will join a stable and experienced team who manage quality and volume hand in hand on a daily basis. You should be a people person who is reliable, enthusiastic and hard working. Ideally you should have experience in a similar role, although full training will be given.

Hours of work are a mixture of early, late and mid shifts. approx 45 per week. 5 days out of 7 including weekends.  To apply; email a copy of your CV and covering letter to; [email protected]

 

Waiting/Bar Staff

Part time and seasonal front of house staff are required to start in the coming weeks. Hours of work can vary but will always include evenings and weekends, you will be fully trained whilst on the job. You will join a stable and experienced team who manage quality and volume hand in hand on a daily basis. You should be a people person who is reliable, enthusiastic and hard working. Housekeeping

Part time housekeeper positions available for immediate start. This position includes the maintaining of the Lodge rooms as well as our 6 cottages. Hours of work can vary but will include weekends. The Lodge is a pub with rooms and restaurant, we also manage 5 self catering cottages in and around Hunstanton.  We are privately owned and have a sister property, Briarfields Hotel in nearby Titchwell.  Our menu is full of fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce appealing to a broad range of customers both new and loyal regulars.
