We are an independent hotel on the North Norfolk coast with a sister property, Briarfields, in Titchwell and The Golden Lion in Hunstanton. Senior Sous Chef
Senior Sous chef required for an established, well known and popular food led hotel. We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our experienced team of chefs in creating seasonal, all fresh food in a great environment. Our kitchen is well kitted out with the latest equipment to help you to create the best food possible for our guests.
You must have a passion for food, be creative, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking and be able to manage quality and volume hand in hand. You will support the hard working, experienced head chef in every aspect of running the kitchen.
You should have experience in a similar role and environment.
You should have a happy and positive outlook on life, be prepared to learn whilst you lead and teach your juniors.

Part Time Housekeepers;
We are looking for some new members to join our housekeeping team. As well as The Lodge you will be required to clean our 9 self catering properties when in use. An eye for detail and a can do attitude is required and full training will be provided.

Waiting & Bar Staff, Full & Part Time, Seasonal & Permanent;
We have several positions available for front of house staff. Main duties include serving customers, bar work, reception and day to day cleaning. Hours of work will vary but can include evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred although full training will be provided. We offer competitive rates of pay.
