Who are we?
The Lodge is a hotel, bar and restaurant, we also manage a portfolio of luxury self catering properties in and around Hunstanton.  We are privately owned and have a sister property, Briarfields Hotel in nearby Titchwell.  Our menu is full of fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce appealing to a broad range of customers both new and loyal regulars.

Duty Manager;
We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team and assist in the smooth running of not only the hotel but also our portfolio of luxury self-catering properties.

This is a hands-on position with duties including, the opening and closing of the hotel, managing the team, taking hotel, restaurant and self-catering reservations, cashing up and running shifts both alone and with another shift manager. You will join a stable and experienced team who manage quality and volume hand in hand on a daily basis. Ideally you should have experience in a similar role , although full training is given.

Chef De Partie;

We are recruiting for a CDP to join our kitchen team. You will join a stable brigade in a busy kitchen, 90% of our menu is homemade and the remainder is made locally. We have a well equipped kitchen.

You must have a passion for food, be creative, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking and be able to manage quality and volume hand in hand. You will support the hard working experienced head chef in every aspect of running the kitchen. You should have experience in a similar role and environment.

5 days over 7 including weekends and bank holidays.

Assistant Head Housekeeper;

We are recruiting for an Assistant Head Housekeeper to work alongside the Executive Housekeeper in helping run the day to day operation of the housekeeping department.

Key duties included; Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to a high degree, a focus on training and maintaining the housekeeping standards as set by the Executive Head Housekeeper, liaising with management with regards to rooms, maintenance and any issues, ensuring all self catering cottages are cleaned and ready for arrivals on changeover day.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is desired but not necessary.

This is a permanent post , likely to be 25+ hours a week, usually 9am-3pm. Hours and days are 5 days over 7 including weekends.
