On Monday the 26th August Bircham Windmill will be hosting a bread festival. It is a staff bread baking competition where YOU are the judge! World bread quiz, jam tasting, a wide variety of different breads to try & buy and salt dough sculpture as well as children’s bread baking and all the usual activities, quizzes, animals and refreshments to enjoy.

It is with great sadness that we announce the temporary closure of our hotels.
Our policy has been, and will remain, to follow the latest Government guidelines and requirements connected with the current coronavirus. As instructed by the Government, Briarfields and The Lodge closed to customers on Saturday 21st March 2020 and will remain closed until further notice from the Government.
For customers with queries regarding future bookings, we will work with you to rearrange bookings once we know we are able to reopen. You can still book online for bookings from 4th July 2020 onwards when we are hopefully open for business once again.
