To get you in the mood, we’ve got an easy summer fruit flavoured cocktail recipe to try at home – when you’ve mastered this, grab your friends and head to The Lodge and enjoy an expertly-blended cocktail or two at our place!
Raspberry Cheesecake Martini
35ml Chambord
25 ml Baileys
25 cream
25 Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
Raspberry garnish
Mix the ingredients, top with a raspberry, sip, relax and enjoy.

It is with great sadness that we announce the temporary closure of our hotels.
Our policy has been, and will remain, to follow the latest Government guidelines and requirements connected with the current coronavirus. As instructed by the Government, Briarfields and The Lodge closed to customers on Saturday 21st March 2020 and will remain closed until further notice from the Government.
For customers with queries regarding future bookings, we will work with you to rearrange bookings once we know we are able to reopen. You can still book online for bookings from 4th July 2020 onwards when we are hopefully open for business once again.
