Philippa Rudd, a Quadrathlete who took part in the Norfolk Superhero Challenge, who participated in the event this year completing a one mile swim from Gun Hill to Burnham Overy Staithe, a four mile kayak, 45 mile cycle ride and eight mile cross country run, was one of 39 entrants to the r’n’r competition.
“This year, I took part in the challenge with my partner Mark Philo, who will join me to enjoy the break at Briarfields. We are also entered for the Ironman Austria 2013 challenge and so this will be a welcome break between training.” commented Philippa.
“We were delighted to welcome Philippa and Mark to Briarfields,” says Briarfields’ and The Lodge’s marketing manager, Jac Sandy. “Their achievements in the challenge are simply stellar and so we look forward to rewarding them with an outstanding break to match.”
