Our superior rooms offer an extra touch of luxury, space and comfort with a larger flat screen TV and seating area. Most bathrooms have a walk-in shower and separate bath.

Room 6

This good sized double or twin bedroom located on the first floor of the main house has a quirky feel with its various windows overlooking flat roofs and the peaceful courtyard, the room benefits from a sofa. The bathroom enjoys natural daylight and has a bath with shower over. This room will take a Z bed for a child.

Room 10

A beautiful spacious room located on the first floor of the main house. The room has a large sash window which overlooks the side of the property to the village and roadside. A lovely superior room with a super king size bed which can twin with prior notice and 2 comfy chairs and a coffee table. The spacious bathroom enjoys natural daylight, a large walk in shower and separate bath. This room will take a Z bed for a child.

All rooms include an en suite bathroom, flatscreen television and tea/coffee-making facilities.

Courtyard

These rooms are accessed through a pretty, secluded courtyard area with tables and chairs scattered around the Well dating back to 1540. Our Courtyard bedrooms are all pet-friendly.

Feature Rooms

Our feature rooms boast both an en suite and a fabulous free standing copper bath in the main bedroom. Both rooms are on the first floor of our beautiful listed building with bay windows looking over Old Hunstanton.

Suites

Our Attic and Loft suites are on the second floor and enjoy sea views across roof tops. They include a seating area with large flat screen TV and mini fridge. Bathrooms are bright and airy with walk-in shower and separate bath.
