Succulents are certainly enjoying a green-fingered moment, with everyone from Anthropologie to Ikea popping up with the spiky little plants in-store.
AKA fat plants, heat-loving succulents store water, which gives them their plump appearance and enables them to survive for long periods of time without too much attention.
Now, while we like to keep things fed and watered at The Lodge, we’ve enjoyed having our own little low-maintenance succulent stars arrive this week.
Apparently succulents are a handful of special plants which release oxygen in the evening, making them the perfect ‘healthy eating’ table guest as you enjoy a meal!
