Norfolk pork is a joy to cook, and locally-reared pigs that are expertly raised deliver an amazing flavour that our chefs put to maximum effect in this stunning dish.

The Lodge has been awarded Cask Marque status, an independent award for pubs serving great quality cask ale.
Following inspections by the award’s assessors earlier this year, The Lodge received the award in recognition of its bar teams’ delivery of great ale. The international Cask Marque Award is presented in recognition of the temperature, appearance, aroma and taste of Britain’s favourite drink.
